We want you to be happy with our services at WebHostingPk. If you’re a first-time customer and not satisfied, you might qualify for a refund. This refund policy is only for new customers. If you’ve had an account before, canceled it, and signed up again, or if you have more than one account, you can’t get a refund.

To ask for a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of signing up. Explain clearly why you’re unhappy and why you believe a refund is necessary.

Non-refundable Products and Services Some of our offerings, like the ones listed below, are not eligible for refunds because they have significant setup costs:

  • Dedicated servers
  • Codeguard
  • Domains
  • Digital Certificates
  • Shared VPS hosting
  • SiteLock
  • Fees for custom software installations
  • Any other services or products specified as non-refundable at the time of purchase

Domain Payments:

Domain Registrations Once you register a domain with us, the payment is final. We cannot offer refunds for any domain registration.

Domain Renewals You can manage your domain renewals by getting in touch with our support team. We try to remind you when it’s time to renew your domain, but it’s important to note that we’re not responsible if you forget to renew your domain or if we do not send a reminder. No refunds are available once a domain is renewed.

Canceling Your Services You can cancel your services anytime. To do so, just reach out to our customer support. Keep in mind, you must pay for any services used up until the cancellation, including the full month in which you cancel.

If there are any pending orders when you cancel your account, we’ll continue to process them if there’s enough money in your account. If we can’t fulfill an order, we’ll refund the charges for that order and might cancel it.

When We Might End Your Services We may end your services at any time if you break our rules, fail to pay, or if your actions could harm us or others. In these cases, we won’t give back any payments you’ve already made, and you’ll still need to pay for services used before your account was closed.

High Usage Suspensions If your account uses more than its fair share of resources on our shared hosting, we might need to suspend or close it. We do this to make sure our hosting remains fast and reliable for everyone.
